The Pissouromoutti nature trail is a stunning showcase of the unique Akamas style, offering a landscape that feels worlds apart from the dense pine forests of Troodos or Paphos. Because it shares the same starting point at the Smigies picnic area, it is incredibly easy for hikers to combine both trails for a more substantial day out. Furthermore, the local network is highly interconnected; the Smigies trail links up with the Adonis trail, which in turn connects to the famous Aphrodite trail, offering endless possibilities for those who want to explore the heart of Akamas even further.
